How do I order?

Ordering is very simple:

  • Select the product or products you wish to purchase and add them to the cart
  • When you have finished shopping, click “View Cart” on top of page and review your intended purchases
  • Click “Proceed to Checkout” – enter your Billing details and the Shipment address (if different)
  • Click “Proceed to PayPal”.


How do I pay?

Payment is via PayPal.  You will need to have a PayPal account which can be operated using most credit cards.


What is the currency of payment?

All our prices are in US$’s.


How long is shipment?

We normally ship within 7 days of receiving your order and confirmed payment.


How do you ship?

Shipment will be via international courier, on a door-to-door service.


How much is the freight/courier costs?

To most countries in Asia courier costs will be:
• US$20 for orders less than US$200
• 10% of the value for orders between US$200 and US$500
• Free for orders more than US$500

We are able to supply to most countries. For Indian Subcontinent and most countries in the Middle East (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and KSA), please Contact Us directly to receive a freight quotation.


Are my details safe?

Your details are safe as the security of your information is of utmost importance to Edx.


Is it safe to buy online?

It is safe to buy online as we encrypt all information that you supply.  Payments are made through the PayPal system and thus we do not hold any credit card information.


Do Edx products conform to international safety standards?

All our products are manufactured to strict quality requirements, and are tested for compliance with EN71, ASTM and CPSIA standards and regulations.


What countries do you supply to?

We are able to supply to most countries.  For countries outside Asia, the Indian Subcontinent, and the Gulf countries in the Middle East, please contact us directly to receive a freight quotation.


How do I return goods?

If you have a problem with the goods that you receive please contact us by email and advise the problem.  If the goods are faulty we will either replace the goods, or refund the payment, depending on your instruction.  As you can understand, it may be impractical to return the goods to our warehouse in Taiwan.


How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number for the courier.


How do I register for your website?

You may register in two ways:

  • Newsletter – you may subscribe to our newsletter by supplying your email address
  • Member account – when you make your first order you may elect for us to retain your name, email, and billing and shipping address details.


How do I change my email and contact details?

You can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details from My Account.
